  : Great breakfast. The staff were nice and professional.
  : The room didn't have a phone. It would be nice to have more USB ports in the room. The bed was comfortable enough but very high. With back issues, it was very hard to get in and out of the bed.

  : I requested a first floor room since I use a walker and so does my sister. They put us on the 3rd floor, which is fine but the elevator kept going in and out of service. We had to wait or on one occasion take the stairs which was really difficult since like I mentioned we use walkers. The staff didn’t seem to care, they just kept saying it’ll work in a few.

  : I liked the fact that I can see how dirty the actual hotel room was when I can write "dirty" on the back of the bathroom door with my finger. And I am 100% serious
  : We were on a long road trip from Florida to Arizona. Moving my daughter to arizona.First of all I fell in the room on the tile from water that was leaking out of the refrigerator in the hotel room, banged my elbow and my bad hip told the front desk in the morning what happened and how there is water on the floor from the refrigerator and she said oh I'm sorry. I said look at my elbow. She said, oh, i'm sorry, and that was it. So anyway, at check-in, not sure why they xerox copied my debit card, but they took a copy of it, and that isn't not how businesses are run in the 21st century. Elevator was a scary joke. Hardly opened the door after waiting 10 minutes for it to come down 1 floor. Sketchy ppl just coming and going. Upon entering the room, the light was on and also the bathroom light. My daughter and I were startled the whole room smelled of palmer's cocoa butter as if someone took Cocoa butter and actually sprayed it in the room, but the Cocoa butter was smeared all over the top. Of the dresser where the t v sits. It's as if someone used the room and left. These rooms are filthy. The pillows, 1 down, 1 foam and 1 crumpled into a small ball with a pillowcase with holes. Sheets were so thin you could see thrift them. I'm very concerned about the fall and if someone else will fall but who knows if I have to contact a lawyer because I had to go to the doctor and they asked what happened
