  : The bed was confrontable, and I had a good night's sleep. The HVAC systems worked well and I was able to run the fan all night long to provide background noise. In the morning the coffee and waffles were very good.
  : INTERNET, INTERNET, INTERNET! Why can't Choice Hotels get this right! Every time I stay at a Choice Hotel the internet is poor. I spent time in the Yukon Territory in Canada above the artic circle and had good internet. I have always have good internet when I stay at a Marriott. I feel that Choice Hotels is not willing to send the money on the proper electronic components that are needed provide coverage in all the hotel rooms. Choice Hotels needs to wake up and realize that the internet is the new way that we communicate with each other. Also, the room had damage that should have been repaired before the room was sold. The bathroom door had a piece of the door broken off and I had to tighten the screws on the doorknob so that it would not fall off. What, the maid did not notice that the doorknob was falling off, did they even go into the bathroom to clean it?? Every time I stay at a Choice Hotel, I punch list the room and most times I identify over 5 damaged items, not cosmetic issues but damaged items!

  : Room smelled like cigarette smoke. WiFi was unusably slow. Few TV channels so slow took a long time to load using remote. Stinkbug hanging over bed. Bathroom musty smelling. Quality Inns are usually disappointing but this was one of the worst
