  : The location was great! Horses right next door and family could easily walk to downtown to historical Williamsburg.8 mins from BushGardens. Oh we loved it!
  : The hallway was lined with room occupants trash and laundry. I would of thought daily someone would of retrieved from the hallways. The pool reeked of chlorine and hardly no ventilation. The "guest services" woman whom was our first point of contact upon entry of the hotel was not very friendly. Lastly, was very confused on why masks were not required once indoors, especially with the fact that all locations around the hotel (Williamsburg visiting center, Busch gardens, indoor historical sites etc.) required masks indoors. I was very confused on why the hotel didn't adapt the same policy.

  : The location was excellent and the property was nice. Staff was professional and the indoor pool was maintained well and towels were provided.
  : Upon check-in we were asked to attend a timeshare presentation. Also, the sofa bed did not have any sheets or blankets and there were no extras provided in any of the closets.
