Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
There is a penalty for smoking inside or outside the room. There is a designated smoking area where people are allowed to smoke.

Guests are required to enter their home or mailing address.

There will be a USD 150 deposit for guests who pay using a debit card.

Please note breakfast will be charged for a fee at an offsite location beginning 1 March 2019.

A surcharge of US$ 25 for arrivals from 12 PM to 3 PM.
