  : The Saturday morning desk operator
  : I called and called and called to make sure someone what there almost two hours out. No one answered. I had to speak to the hotline. I get there and waited for the guy to come out the office. I asked him why it's the pool closed. He said the pool has been down for supposedly 10 years and the owners are to cheap to fix. Then I ask about my room. I asked why am I on the 3rd floor ? I wrote in the notes that I needed 1st floor since I had valuable equipment. He said the hotel was sold out so he put me in 311. We went to the room the sealing was cracked the shower curtain well there wasn't one. The worst part was the toilet seat was broken and when you went number 2 the toilet seat slid and hurt my privates. When I talked to the morning clerk he said that 311 was out of service because of all the issues and wasn't sure why the guy out of there. I explained what happened and how painful my situation was he said he would have a manager call me. Still not a word. They changed us to 211 and that was that.

  : Hotel had throw up all over the side of the bed and in the shower. The refrigerator had mold in it. Room was disgusting.
