  : The location is back off road, very quiet. Inside is beautiful and comfortable. The desk personnel were super nice and helpful! The beds are super duper comfy and spacious! There is no carpet in the room, which is a huge yes for me, AC runs excellent, kept ours on 68°. The fridge was clean and cold, have vending/ice machine on every floor, wonderful check-in area, complete with TV's showing flights coming and going. Possibly would reserve again because of location and price, and because they are pet friendly, but will bring my own personal blanket and see other review.
  : 1st room, ac didn't work, but they promptly moved to us another room. 10 out of 10 in service! In the second room, there were light stains on the sheets and pillow cases. When I folded back the sheets to check mattress (I do this at AALLL hotels), there was a pubic hair on the sheets and other long hairs, so i felt like the sheets haven't been changed in a long while and the more I looked, the worse it got. What looked like clean bath towels, had the feel and smell they were used and had been hung back up, never washed, and 1 of them had a long hair stuck/dried to it in the fold of it, and it was hanging up clean. They also had a stale feel to them. I used 2 clean large towels to sleep on the bed with bc I stripped it down. My son didn't even get under the cover of the second bed. We were so tired from the long trip from New Hampshire, traveling home, we just made do and slept, got up next morning, and got back on the road. 2 out of 10 in cleanliness for beds and towels.

  : I didn’t even know there was breakfast. There was no info given or any guidance at all.
  : It was all bad. Upon driving up I felt like I was in a horror movie, run down motel with half the inhabitant probably living there. I checked in, went to my room and it was completely disgusting, mind you it was after 4 and the room should’ve been ready, ok off to room two, is it clean? Nope fridge still had alcohol in it and is that blood? Ok well off I go to purchase cleaners and new sheets. Completely cleaned the room, I should be reimbursed. Put on fresh sheets, Lysol went all over everything and I tried to relax. Worse weekend ever.

  : The location was good and the price was good. However the service I received was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable
  : My beds were not made before my stay. I informed staff that there were dirty clothes within the sheets of my bed. When I asked for the beds to be made over, housekeeping gave me a bundled bunched up handful of sheets with no clean blanket or pillow case. The bed had not been flipped as the instructions noted. The floors were unswept, the bathroom towels looked used. There was mold in the bathroom sink. There was no rectification even after informing staff more than twice. There was no bottled water. And every few hours I was charged a different price for the drinks in the front vending machine. I informed the hotel agent I am travel agent and I was reviewing/rating the property for my clients. And was still offered a horrible stay
