  : I was extremely upset because we booked a private large cabin to fit us and the kids and baby. Last minute as we are driving there our cabin is cancelled by voicemail right before they close & we couldn’t get a hold of anyone until noon the next day. We were very stressed out. Then moved to a strange townhome that was tiny and 4 floors high but each level is small. Walking up and down 3 flights of stairs with small children was a nightmare. We were suppose to get refunded the money difference from Large cabin to tiny townhome and haven’t they charged full amount of cabin. Hot tub and views was relaxing & beautiful. Townhouse was clean and beautiful just small and complicated with small children. No dressers or closets in kids rooms so our stuff was scattered all over the house.
  : Not kid friendly! Especially for babies. My small Pack n play didn’t fit in living room. No tables to eat only 2 barstool bar areas which was directly next to the stairs and a child could fall off bar stool and tumble down the stairs. Kids didn’t want to take 3 flights of stairs to their rooms all day so be ready for some cardio. This was our only option to switch to it else they were just going to cancel our trip.... with two children with us after arriving there which would of been a nightmare since everything was booked out there. Will not be booking again. Also extremely disappointed in lack of communication with property manager. Seemed like our vacation getting messed up was not her priority and was left calling her several times unanswered & sent to a full voicemail box.
