  : It's in an old house, well maintained but retaining its character. A big improvement over the generic architecture of most hotels.
  : It's in an urban, residential neighborhood, so its parking lot is tiny, and there is no sign visible from the street to identify it as a hotel - perhaps a requirement of the neighborhood.

  : The place was so warm and welcoming. Gus greeted us at the door and was on top of things when we needed some water or the sound machine that was supposed to to be in the room wasnt.
  : The lack of water pressure lol but the house is older so really it was ok.

  : The location was good and it could have been a great stay if there was any staff at all. It was pretty pricey for basically self service. Everything looked beautiful but wasnt all that functional as an inn.
  : It was impossible to reach anyone working at the inn. When we arrived(after 3) a guest had to let us in. Eventually we found Gus but never saw any employee again. Our room had no tiwels(we found some in a closet), no one was around for breakfast on Sunday around 9:30. I went in the kitchen to boil water for tea as the carafe was empty. No opportunity for hot food. We just had the continental which was just packaged fare put on a pretty plate.

  : Gorgeous aesthetic. Lovely dining room. Coffee was always ready. Staff was so sweet and flexible. Perfect inn for events, or just for a romantic time with a partner.
  : Rooms were freezing and the temperature unit seemed to only give AC. Unreasonably priced.

  : Gus was extremely helpful and gave us great dining recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. Site said shared bath, but we ended up having a private bath. Decor was lovely. Everything was very clean. Plenty of private parking. Really nice wildlife preserve just 1.5 miles away
  : The room as a bit cramped. There was, for example, an iron, but no place to use it except a very tiny side table. Going up 2 flights of curved stairs might be tough for some people and site might want to be clearer about that when booking certain rooms
