Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property has self check-in and does not have a reception. No keys are necessary. The last 4 digits of the guest's phone number is the entry code to the unit.

Parking is available onsite for each rental home. At least one space is guaranteed.
